Resolves Yes if SpaceX successfully transfers propellant between two Starship vehicles in orbit, as confirmed by SpaceX on spacex.com or @SpaceX, before 23:59 UTC on Dec 31, 2026. Internal tank-to-tank transfers within a single Starship do not count.
